Calling all Quilts! 

We need your quilts to have a great quilt show! Every current EBHQ member may hang one quilt in VIC 2020. The maximum dimensions for a show quilt are 108” across and 90” down. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to these dimensions because this is what the hanging hardware we use allows.

You may submit a second entry which may also be accepted by the Show Design team, depending on space and layout constraints. 

To enter a quilt in the show, please review the detailed entry rules and complete the online entry form. The one form will accommodate 2 quilts if you want to submit 2 entries. Or you may complete a paper entry form for each quilt you submit.  In addition to an entry form, you need to complete the Photo/Swatch form for each entry. 

Important dates to note: The final postmark for mailing paper entry forms and Photo/Swatch forms is January 24, 2020. You may also bring these forms to the January drop-in sessions on January 14 and January 18 as well as the educational session on January 27, 2020. The online entry deadline is January 27, 2020. Blank entry and Photo/Swatch forms will be available at the December and January drop-in and meetup sessions.

If you have a quilt in the show, you are required to do 4 hours of volunteer work at the show. More volunteer time is very welcome. Complete the online volunteer form

Members may sell the quilts they hang in our show. This is separate from selling something in Marketplace. You will set the price for the sale and 25% of the sale price will go to EBHQ. More information about the sale process will be included with your acceptance packet in February.
