Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Voices in Cloth 2024! The upcoming show will be taking place at the newly renovated Henry J Kaiser Building on March 23 & 24, 2024. The East Bay Heritage Quilters have been hosting this show since 1991 and it has become a Bay Area institution.
During the course of this two day event, we expect to welcome over 4,000 art and textile lovers from all over the Bay Area and beyond. Hundreds of member quilts will be on display and we are looking for a select group of 40 vendors whose wares would appeal to our demographic.

When and where is the 2024 Voices in Cloth show?
Saturday, March 23, 10am - 5pm
Sunday, March 24, 10am - 4pm
Center for Arts & Ideas at the Henry J Kaiser Building, 10 Tenth Street, Oakland, CA 94607
Load in will be from 8:30am - 5pm on Friday, March 22 with an optional early load-in available on Thursday, March 21 from 2pm - 5pm. Load-in helpers will be on hand both days.
What is the booth size and cost?
If accepted, you will be sent a link to provide payment for your booth fee. Payment in full is required upon receipt of acceptance.

What does the booth fee cover?
Each booth package will include:
- 8' high draped back wall (black)
- 8' high draped side wall (black)
- One (1) 7” X 44” Exhibitor ID Sign
- 5 amps/500 watts electrical service
Are there any discounts available?
Apply and pay before September 30, 2023 to get an automatic Early Bird discount shown above.
Consider joining EBHQ as an Affiliate Member to get a $25 discount on booth space, as well as all other Affiliate Membership benefits including mention on our website, in our online newsletter and additional promotional opportunities.
How are booth spaces assigned?
There are a limited number of single and double end caps (aisle spaces). Spaces are assigned by order of application, so please apply early.
The Voices in Cloth Vendor Committee will assign space as equitably as possible. To assist in this we ask you to describe all items for display or sale during the application process so we can minimize the duplication of items for sale. In certain cases, we may ask that you not bring particular items to the Show.
Can I share a booth space?
Yes, you can, but we do not pair sellers. Both sellers would need to apply and be accepted. Please note on your application the name of the other seller that you would like to share space with.
How soon will I know if I have been accepted?
We will be in touch within 2 weeks.
What are the Voices in Cloth Terms & Conditions?
All terms and conditions are stated on the Rules and Regulations page. Please read and review these terms as you will be required to agree to them during the application process.
