EBHQ VIC – Ticket Refund and Options

The original ticket(s) must be returned to: EBHQ – VIC, PO Box 6223, Albany, CA  94706 by March 21, 2021

The refund amount is $10.00 per original ticket(s) returned. 

On the back of the ticket(s) write or attach a label with your name, address, phone number and indicate your return option 1, 2, or 3 as outlined below. 

1.   Donate original ticket(s) to EBHQ VIC:

a.  If original ticket is returned by members they will see the donation under member account profile and be sent an emailed receipt.
b.   If not a member of EBHQ keep the ticket(s) as proof of your donation to a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization.  The full ticket price of $10.00 is deductible.
2.   Request a credit for returned ticket(s) to your EBHQ Member account for future use to apply to fees for Membership or Workshops.

3.   Request a check for returned ticket(s):

a.  Ticket holder(s) can include pre-addressed stamped envelope.  

b.  Payment will be processed within 30 days from receipt of ticket(s).        

4.  Brown Paper Tickets purchases will be refunded by Brown Paper Tickets
