2024 Publicity
Publicity is a job for every member! Every show we ask you to publicize VIC in your neighborhood.
EBHQ needs YOU to publicize Voices in Cloth 2024. Spread the word, far and wide! Here’s how you can help:
- Buy tickets, get your friends to buy tickets, buy lots of Opportunity Quilt tickets.
- Send an email announcement to your friends. Download, open file, edit to personalize, then copy and paste into your email.
- Place a stack of VIC bookmarks at work and other places you visit (i.e., yoga studios, laundromats, cafes, waiting rooms).
- In January, put up colorful posters at neighborhood gathering places, business locations, and community bulletin boards.
- Keep a ready supply of business cards, Opportunity Quilt postcards, in your purse or pocket and invite whomever you see.
- Mail Opportunity Quilt postcards to your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors.
- Hand out bookmarks and postcards where you teach, encourage students to attend.
- Distribute material to quilt meetings you attend (i.e. Road to California in January or any quilt guild meetings before VIC).

The success of the show depends on our members, not just showcasing your beautiful work but getting the word out and inviting people to the show. We need your help now. Please forward the digital postcard and/or poster to your family, friends and other contacts. It just takes one click of the mouse!. Word of mouth is the best publicity. We are all ambassadors for the show. Please do your part. Thank you!
