• Each individual piece in the group must be made by an EBHQ member and will be considered entry choice #1 of that member’s entries. Therefore, all items in the group entries must be submitted as choice #1. 

• A set of small group pieces (such as 12” X 12”) must be attached to one background fabric for hanging with a single sleeve, arranged in a balanced presentation, not to exceed our maximum size for a single quilt, 108” W X 90” L.  Larger group pieces may be attached to a single background or not. If you have questions about your group of pieces, please contact Mary Burnett, Show Design.

• A group piece assembled on a single back should have one entry form for the assembled grouping. A photograph of the assembled group must be submitted with the entry. 

• If your group entry does not conform to the above rules, please contact Mary Burnett to clarify how the group entry could work.
