• Show Positions - If you display a work in this show, a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time total is required of you. These volunteer hours are in addition to hours required if you put items into Marketplace.
• Marketplace - If you are entering items for sale, you are required to volunteer 2 hours of time in Marketplace.  Friday setup of Marketplace also counts toward your Marketplace hours. These volunteer hours do not apply to required show volunteer hours.
• Cashier and Door - Volunteer time here counts toward your show hours. Cashiers will be handling cash and processing credit card payments.  These volunteer hours do not apply to required Marketplace volunteer hours. 

If you have already been recruited and have received a confirming email you do not need to sign up for that position. However, you may need to sign up for an additional shift to complete your required volunteer hours.

To review all your volunteer shift details, and confirm that you have signed up for all your required volunteer hours, you need to log in, click on your name in the upper right corner, click on Your Profile, then click on the My Event Registrations tab.  If you need help click here.

Cancelation:  You can cancel your shift by yourself up to 30 days prior to your scheduled shift.  If you need help canceling, please read how here.  

To cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled shift, you must contact Janet, Volunteer Coordinator, at EBHQ.VIC.Volunteer@gmail.com.
