Member Quilts Entry Rules

• Your quilt must be a new work completed after January, 2022. 
• Two quilts may be entered for consideration. One quilt will be accepted from each member. If space allows, a second item MAY be selected. 
• Maximum width is 108”; maximum length is 90” (NO EXCEPTIONS). 
• All quilts must have a 4” sleeve securely sewn to the back of the quilt, one inch below the top edge of the quilt. 
• If you are entering your quilt as part of a group, read the special Rules for Group Submissions here.
  
• If you choose to sell your quilt entry, a minimum of 25% of the sale price automatically goes to EBHQ. However, If you wish to donate more to EBHQ, indicate on the entry form below.  

• A minimum of 4 hours total of volunteer time is expected of you.  (See below on the right).  
  
• On Saturday March 9, 2024 deliver your quilt(s) in person to Pamela Braswell 714 Ramona Ave Albany Ca
  
• If you cannot deliver your quilt in person, ship it in a reusable container to Nancy Bardach (see address below). Your quilt must arrive by Friday, March 8, 2024. If you want your quilt shipped back to you, include a prepaid return shipping label from UPS with your quilt.

Submitting Photo / Swatch form

• Each entry must also submit a Photo/Swatch form. Print the form (or make a facsimile) and staple swatches and photo(s) to it, with your name and the name of the quilt at the top. Must include
• • A properly oriented 4” X 6” photo on photo paper that shows the true colors of your quilt. 
  • 2-3 small swatches (2” square) of the dominant fabrics in the quilt.   
  • Each photo must have your name, your quilt’s name, and “Top” written on the back. 
  • If your quilt is for sale, include a second photo. 
• All photos and swatches of online entries must be Postmarked or Hand Delivered to Lissa Miner by January 26,  at 627 Colusa Ave., Berkeley, CA 94707
